World Food Day (16th October) at HTPD in Guildford (England)
Year 6 have designed a healthy cereal as part of their Amazon topic. It
had to have an Amazon theme, a catchy title, slogans and eye catching
packaging. The main thing, however, was it had to be healthy.
Year 6 learned why it is important to have a good meal to start the day, without too much sugar - like most breakfast cereals aimed at children! They made their cereal box, made up slogans and created and ate their cereal from ingredients they had planned as a group. It was a great team effort.
